USC Salkehatchie Men's Soccer Earns Hard-Fought Tie Against Cape Fear

In a matchup against last year's NJCAA Region X DII champions, the USC Salkehatchie men's soccer team secured a hard-fought 0-0 tie against Cape Fear Community College on Saturday.

Both teams demonstrated solid defensive skills and determination. Salkehatchie's goalkeepers, Clay Sanders and Cyril Vital combined for six crucial saves to keep Cape Fear off the scoreboard.

Offensively, the Indians outshot their hosts 8-6, demonstrating a persistent attack. However, the Cape Fear goalkeeper proved to be up to the task, preventing Salkehatchie from finding the back of the net.
