Salk Sweeps Wake Tech, Improves to 21-3

WALTERBORO, S.C. – The USC Salkehatchie men's basketball team completed a season sweep of Wake Tech on Saturday with a 103-85 victory. Salkehatchie moves to 6-2 in Region 10 play and 21-3 on the season.
The Indians took control from the opening tip. Wake Tech would have to battle multiple Salkehatchie runs throughout the first half. Salk held a 11 point halftime advantage, 46-35.
Salkehatchie would come out of halftime with energy and effort, and quickly took expanded their lead as they cruised to the 18 point victory.

Great win for the team! It’s always impressive to see a group fight back and finish strong, especially in close games like this.
