USC Salkehatchie Falls to Lancaster in Five Sets

USC Salkehatchie volleyball fell 3–2 to USC Lancaster in a five-set conference matchup. Despite the loss, Salkehatchie maintained its conference position after winning the teams’ two previous meetings this season.

Lancaster’s scrappy play and strong performance in the middle proved challenging for Salkehatchie.

“Came up short against Lancaster last night,” said head coach Dani Aquino. “They were surprisingly scrappy and had a middle that we couldn't stop.”

The result marked Lancaster’s first win over Salkehatchie in their three meetings this season.
