In 1995 Scott garnered NJCAA Third-Team All ­American Honors by hitting .463 with 32 RBI’s, 4 home runs and 44 runs scored. The .463 average and the 44 runs scored led the Eastern Division of Region X in 1995. According to all records reviewed to date, Scott is the only USC Salkehatchie baseball player to earn NJCAA All -American honors.


After earning an associate of science degree at USC Salkehatchie, he moved on to USC Aiken. Scott currently lives in Lexington, SC, with his wife and two children; he is employed by the city of Lexington.
