Salk Scores 132 in Win at Home

WALTERBORO, S.C. –  The USC Salkehatchie men's basketball team won its sixth straight game on Friday with a dominant victory over Columbia International's developmental team, 132-69. The Indians improve to 7-1 overall.

Salkehatchie led from buzzer to buzzer as they began the game with a 17-0 run. The Indians' pace continues to prove problematic for opponents as Salk imposed their will to take a 73-38 lead at the break. The second half stayed consistent as the depth of Salk proved to be too much for CIU.

The men's basketball program will enjoy a break for the holiday before getting back to work. The Indians will be back in action on Sunday, Nov. 30, as they travel to Converse University in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
