COACH MATT LYNCH
My coaching philosophy revolves around relationships and people. "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care". I believe that I have to "spend" my time with my guys in order to get the most out of them on the court and in the classroom.
Coach Matt Lynch is an Erie, Pa., native who took over the USC Salkehatchie men's basketball program in 2023. He previously spent two years at Chowan University under Head Coach Rob Burke.
